Welcome to SnapReceipt! By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
By downloading, installing, or using the SnapReceipt mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using our services immediately.
SnapReceipt is a mobile application that uses AI technology to provide receipt scanning, organization, and exporting services. Certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection. We are dedicated to simplifying financial record-keeping through technology.
You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, or make derivative versions.
It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it may compromise your phone's security and cause the app to malfunction.
The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. These may include Google Play Services and Firebase Cloud Storage. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of these third-party providers.
All intellectual property rights in the SnapReceipt application and its related content (including software code, design, text, and images) are owned by Pacific Realway Consulting Inc.
1. General Limitations: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
2. Cap on Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater.
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" basis. While we strive for accuracy in our OCR recognition, we do rely on third parties for information and technology, and we are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from recognition errors.
We reserve the right to modify these terms or stop providing the app at any time without notice of termination. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop using the app.
